MAGWEN Germany is a 3 decades old company with an extensive experience in working with customers in Germany, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Russia, Austria, Switzerland etc. Some of our largest installation are in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with over 15000 valves installed in various projects over last 10 years.

MAGWEN was incorporated in 1992 by a group of German technocrats with over 100 years of valve designing & manufacturing experience amongst them. The company grew over the years in key markets of Germany, Middle East & Russia.

In end of 2017, it was decided to spin off MAGWEN business as an independent Indian entity, leading to formation of MAGWEN Valves Private Limited in December 2017 as a local manufacturing company to produce the complete range of MAGWEN brand Valves for the Indian subcontinent.

The key strengths of MAGWEN is to innovate valve solutions to meet the challenges faced by the customers like:
•Controlling flow & pressure in transmission networks
•Anti-surge check valves for pumping and compressor stations to improve network safety
•Reducing head losses in the Pipelines by innovating special full bore type valve solutions
•Using advanced Triple eccentric geometry to deliver maintenance free valves for
•Optimizing the valve sizing by adopting to the required flow criteria (current & future) there by reducing the overall acquisition cost
•Reducing the total cost of ownership due to well proven robust design, high quality workmanship & right materials which eliminate operational breakdowns, thereby improving the reliability, availability & the efficiency of the operations.

1.Double eccentric Butterfly valves upto 4000mm size & upto Class 400.
2.Triple eccentric Butterfly valves upto 3000mm size & upto class1500.
3.Full bore Butterfly valve, Tri-ball upto 2000mm size & upto class 1500.
4.Axial flow control valves (Plunger type Flow control valves) upto 1800mm & upto class 1500.
5.Axial Flow, Non-Slam nozzle check valves (Silent check valves) upto 2000mm & upto class 1500.
6.Trunnion mounted Ball valves (side entry and Top entry) upto DN1500 & upto class 2500.
7.Single chamber, 4 effect, Air release valves upto DN300 & class 600.
8.Other specialty valves as per customer applications & requirements.

The Indian manufacturing plant, a 6000 sqm facility is fully operational at Chakan Industrial Area, near Pune in Maharashtra, India since 1st of April 2019.
