Established as PILOT Gaskets, operating from a state of the art manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai, we focus on manufacturing components in an extremely short window and with consistency. We are strongly focused on quality control with an inhouse testing lab for materials and raw material traceability.

With a technology collaboration Under Hon PM Atmanir bhar Bharat, and can manufacture specialised Gaskets and Sealings including:
i) Gaskets with Fugitive Emission Certifications
ii) Gland Packings with Fugitive Emission certifications.
iii) Semi-Metallic Seals like SWG, KammProfile or Laminar Seals.
iv) Petrochemical Seals like PTFE with Glass or Carbon
v) Metallic Components like Washers or RTJ
vi) Clean Room Manufacturing for critical service or BAM Service
vii) Focus on Cryogenic and Petrochemical sectors.
