Hawle Austria Group recently acquired the assets of McWane Kennedy Valve India Coimbatore manufacturing unit and its products. Kennedy Valve is a 100-year-old subsidiary of the US-based McWane Group which has been operating in India since 2011. The majority of the qualified and experienced staff of McWane Kennedy Valve India have been taken over by Hawle Valves India.
