A Casting manufacturing foundry with machining facilities founded in 2006 and located in Coimbatore (Unit-1 in Kurumbapalayam and Unit-2 in Onnakarasampalayam (Annur via)). We are a Group of Canalta Controls Limited, CANADA. The Grades we manufacture are Carbon steels, Alloy steels, Stainless steels, Duplex Stainless steels, Nickel base alloys, steel castings with machined and unmachined condition to international standards which are applied for the Valves like GATE, GLOBE, CHECK, BALL, CONTROL, PRESSURE SAFETY & FLOW METERS. The Castings sizes are from 1” to 42” & Pressure Class 150 to 3500 in fully machined or un-machined (Raw) condition. The Castings are manufactured as per the requirement of customer’s drawings and Patterns are developed by our qualified R & D team. The total tonnage capacity of both units is 450 Tons per month & by 5400 Tons per annum. The maximum weight of single castings is 1650 kg & 2000 kg in Unit -1 and Unit-2 respectively. Our plant is certified by an accredited body, in accordance with Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015.
