Fluidyne has got state-of-art machinery to roll off quality products to suit the requirement of various industries. Fluidyne manufacture bellows by the following methods: Hydro forming, Elastomeric forming, Expanding mandrel forming and Roll forming.
Fluidyne's advanced welding operations provide extremely consistent high quality joining methods as we combine our precision bellows with pressed, stamped and machined components to make value added assemblies.
Fluidyne has in house Testing Facilities to ensure quality and reliability. The various testing facilities available are: Liquid Penetrant, Pneumatic leak, Hydraulic leak, Spring rate, Helium leak, Cyclic life and Squirm and burst pressure.
Fluidyne supply precision bellows for applications in aerospace / defence safety & Pressure relief values, electrical switchgear, turbines, measurement & control, medical, oil & gas & transportation. They also supply for automotive exhaust systems, power transmission and distribution equipment, marine and pipeline applications.
